DeHealth is a digital health company. Its product is an AI-powered preventive health app that keeps a person's medical records in one secure place, explains lab results, reminds about medication and appointments, and helps people prevent disease rather than treat it late. A person's health information is scattered: test results in one clinic, prescriptions in another, wearable data in an app, family history in someone's memory. The person the data concerns usually has the least control over it and the least ability to use it. Disease is detected late, because nobody sees the whole picture.
Most healthcare spending goes to treatment rather than prevention. People receive results they cannot read, skip screenings they never knew they needed, and manage chronic conditions from memory instead of data.
DeHealth's answer from the start was to build a tool that puts the whole picture in the hands of the individual: one secure health profile, understandable to the person, shareable with a doctor by choice, and used to prevent disease rather than to treat it late.
Between 2021 and 2023 the team tested several ways to deliver that idea.
The Web3 pilot (2021-2022). In 2021-2022 DeHealth tested a decentralised model in which users held their own health data, controlled access to it cryptographically, and could, by separate and voluntary consent, take part in sharing anonymised data with researchers. The DHLT utility token was the unit of account within that model. The pilot reached users across 80 countries and proved the demand for user-controlled health data.
What the pilot showed. The idea was right; the mechanism was not. A token-based model did not scale for a mass-market health product, for reasons inside the model itself:

In 2023 DeHealth fully moved away from tokenisation and focused on mobile health application technology. That year the company launched its Medical Data Bank, a secure store that grew to more than 17 million health records, and reached 120,000 users. In 2024 DeHealth released the first version of its Super App, bringing records, AI assistance, calendar, reports and fitness into one product, and won “Best Use of AI in Healthcare 2024”. By then the company had received more than 15 international grants and awards.
The DeHealth app is a full health companion, available on the App Store and Google Play, in multiple languages, used in more than 80 countries and rated 4.8 out of 5 by its users.
Who it is for. People managing metabolic risk, where fatigue, cravings and weight gain appear years before a diagnosis; women who need cycle data connected to hormones and lab markers rather than dates alone; travellers who need their health record to speak another language; and anyone whose results arrive as a PDF nobody explains.
Problems it solves. Lost or scattered medical documents. Lab results nobody explains. Missed medication and appointments. Chronic conditions managed from memory instead of data. Preventive care that never happens because nobody sees the risk in time.
Data exchange. Health data enters through an AI gateway built on the FHIR and HL7 standards, so records from laboratories, clinics and devices can be read in a common format.
Storage. Records are held encrypted in an access-controlled vault. The architecture follows zero-trust principles: nothing is trusted by default, and every access is checked.
AI. The engine combines retrieval over clinical guidance with federated learning and local inference, so models can improve without centralising raw personal data.
Clinical grounding. DeHealth's models are trained and validated on globally available clinical guidelines and public medical knowledge sources, including material published by the World Health Organization, the CDC, the NIH and major clinical institutions. These are knowledge sources, not formal partnerships.
Security and compliance. Health data is encrypted; the product is built to HIPAA and ISO 27001 requirements and independently audited by Hacken. The app does not require a token, a wallet or a blockchain interaction from the user. The current data model is described in the DeHealth Privacy Policy.
The product is operated by DeHealth Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1049 El Monte Avenue, Ste C #846, Mountain View, CA 94040, with a team of 43 professionals across more than ten countries.
Leadership. The company was co-founded by Denys Tsvaig, chief executive, and Anna Bon, managing partner. DHLT was the utility token of a Web3 pilot DeHealth ran in 2021-2022 to test a model of user-controlled health data. It was not a share or an investment product. In 2023 DeHealth moved away from tokenisation entirely.
Because the model did not scale for a mass-market health product: too few people used crypto wallets, the token added complexity where users needed simplicity, and crypto-market volatility had nothing to do with long-term health. The idea of user-controlled data stayed; the token was retired.
