DHLT and Gotbit: Timeline, Court Records and Primary Sources

A documented timeline of DeHealth's former DHLT token, its contract with Gotbit Consulting LLC, the Ukrainian criminal proceeding and the subsequent US federal prosecution of Gotbit. This page does not ask the reader to accept a conclusion. It names the documents and links the sources.

Summary

In 2022, DeHealth used DHLT as part of an experimental Web3 model and engaged Gotbit Consulting LLC to provide market-making services.

Following the loss of DHLT liquidity, Denys Tsvaig filed a criminal complaint in Ukraine. Ukrainian criminal proceeding was registered on 14 March 2022, and Tsvaig was formally recognised as an injured party.

Separately, US federal prosecutors subsequently prosecuted Gotbit Consulting LLC and its founder Aleksei Andriunin for fraudulent cryptocurrency market-manipulation practices carried out for client projects between 2018 and 2024. Both pleaded guilty in March 2025. In June 2025 Andriunin was sentenced to eight months in prison, while Gotbit was ordered to forfeit approximately USD 23 million and cease operations. DeHealth and its founders were not defendants in that prosecution.

This page provides the underlying contracts, court records and government sources relating to DeHealth's engagement with Gotbit and the DHLT incident, allowing journalists, investors, partners and compliance teams to review the record independently.

1. What DHLT was

DHLT (originally branded HLT) was a utility token used in 2022 as part of DeHealth's experimental Web3 model, in which users were to control their own health data and could voluntarily share anonymised data. It was distributed through an Initial DEX Offering on 18 to 21 February 2022 across several launchpads. The token documentation warned purchasers that they could lose the entire amount and that no increase in value or return was guaranteed (verbatim quote and archived copy: Available on request).

The token-linked model has since been retired. DeHealth today operates as an AI preventive-health platform.

2. The engagement with Gotbit and the February 2022 incident

30 January 2022
DeHealth and Gotbit Consulting LLC sign service contract No. 2651 for market-making services. It was an ordinary commercial engagement, executed and documented. The contract is available for inspection under NDA.
18-21 February 2022
DHLT IDO on Scaleswap, CyberFi, ACY and DaoStarter. Allocation sold out within two hours.
22 February 2022, 07:54 UTC
The USDT/HLT trading pair is created on PancakeSwap and funded; the price moves from USD 0.08 to 0.40 within the same block; minutes before the scheduled public opening of trading the liquidity is withdrawn in a series of sales. The on-chain records are public (transaction hashes: Available on request).
24 February 2022
Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine begins.
14 March 2022
Ukrainian criminal proceeding is registered under Article 190, part 3, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine following the complaint of Denys Tsvaig. Injured party: DeHealth HLT Network Inc. Denys Tsvaig and Anna Bondarenko are recorded as injured parties. DeHealth was the complainant, not the subject of that investigation.
1 April 2022
DeHealth re-issues the token smart contract with the support of CyberFi and Scaleswap; the contract is audited by Hacken. Listing on BitMart follows on 8 September 2022.
What the Ukrainian record establishes: the date of the complaint, the registration of the proceeding, its legal qualification, and the procedural status of DeHealth's founders as injured parties. It does not by itself establish who withdrew the liquidity; that is the subject of the investigation.

3. The US federal prosecution of Gotbit

The US Department of Justice, District of Massachusetts, prosecuted Gotbit Consulting LLC and Aleksei Andriunin as part of Operation Token Mirrors.

October 2024
Federal grand jury indicts Gotbit Consulting LLC and Aleksei Andriunin for wire fraud and conspiracy to commit market manipulation and wire fraud. Andriunin is arrested in Portugal on 8 October 2024.
25 February 2025
Andriunin is extradited to the United States.
March 2025
Gotbit and Andriunin plead guilty. The United States files a civil forfeiture complaint for approximately USD 23 million in seized cryptocurrency.
June 2025
Andriunin is sentenced to eight months in prison followed by one year of supervised release. Gotbit is ordered to forfeit approximately USD 23 million and sentenced to five years of probation during which it must cease to exist or operate.

In its plea agreement Gotbit admitted that between 2018 and 2024 it provided market-manipulation services, including wash trading, to create artificial trading volume for cryptocurrency clients, that it publicly marketed these services as "market making", and that client payments were contractually conditioned on meeting minimum trading-volume targets. The court filings name specific client tokens, including Robo Inu and Saitama, as examples of that conduct.

What the US record establishes: that Gotbit itself engaged in fraudulent market-manipulation practices for cryptocurrency clients during the period in which DeHealth was its client under contract. What it does not establish: any finding about DHLT specifically. The public DOJ filings do not name DHLT or DeHealth. DeHealth does not claim the US investigation as its own and does not assert that the US court examined DHLT.

4. Status of DeHealth and its founders

We are not aware of any criminal proceedings in which Anna Bondarenko or Denys Tsvaig has been charged in connection with DHLT or DeHealth in any jurisdiction. In the Ukrainian proceeding both are recorded as injured parties. DeHealth and its founders were not defendants in the US prosecution of Gotbit.

Anna Bondarenko has separately exercised rights available to her under Article 17 GDPR in relation to certain search results. That process is distinct from the criminal proceedings described on this page.

What was DHLT?

DHLT (originally HLT) was a utility token used in 2022 as part of DeHealth's experimental Web3 model for user-controlled health data, distributed through an IDO on 18 to 21 February 2022. The token-linked model has since been retired; DeHealth today is an AI preventive-health platform.

What happened between DeHealth and its market maker in 2022?

DeHealth engaged Gotbit Consulting LLC under contract No. 2651 of 30 January 2022. On 22 February 2022 the token's liquidity on the decentralised exchange was withdrawn shortly before the scheduled public opening of trading.
