We understand that users may sometimes decide to delete their accounts. If you wish to remove your account from the DeHealth app, please follow the steps outlined below. The process is simple and takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Log into the DeHealth App

1. Open the DeHealth mobile app on your device.
2. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

1. Tap on the profile or settings icon, typically located in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Scroll down to the section labeled “Account Management” or “Account Settings.”

 1. In the “Account Management” section, find the option labeled “Delete Account.”
2. Tap on it to open the confirmation window.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

1. Read the information regarding the consequences of deleting your account. Please note that all data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
2. If you are sure about your decision, confirm the deletion by tapping the “Delete Account” button.

Step 5: Complete the Process

1. After confirmation, you will receive a notification indicating that your account has been successfully deleted.
2. Close the app.

Important!

In case of account deletion, the data you provided to DeHealth and that was stored in your account will be permanently deleted.

The following data will be permanently removed upon account deletion:

Data Concerning Health:

• Medical records and data
• Information regarding physical or mental health
• Biometric data
• Health status information
• User’s physical parameters, including:
• Height
• Weight
• Gender
• Blood type
• DNA test
• Congenital defects
• Allergies
• Race
• Ethnic background
• Medical test results
• Medical history
• Information about past and chronic illnesses
• Prescription information
• Drug intolerances
• Harmful habits
• Vital signs
• Medication details (name, start date, dosage)
• Medical history (provided exclusively to the Doctor; the Company retains only such data)
• Health status

Personal Data:

• Password
• Address
• Gender
• Tax ID (TIN)
• Marital status (exclusively for service provision)
• Information about siblings (exclusively for health diagnostics in the context of providing services)
• Financial details related to the payment for our services

Data that may be retained for business purposes:

  1. • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number

    Such data may be retained for a period of three (3) years after the termination of the relationship in the following cases:

    • For statistical accounting
    • If required by applicable law
    • If necessary for business operations
    • For marketing analytics

    If a request for data deletion is submitted, all data processed by the company will be permanently removed.
